My GP referred me to Dr McGilligan for a minor procedure to my back. He was the most charming doctor and explained everything to me. Most importantly he performed the procedure without any pain whatsoever!!

Receptionist was incredibly rude, shouting orders at patients and I witnessed an old man cry which was mainly down to how he was talked to.
Doctor wasn't in a listening mood and ordered blood tests without having a proper conversation.
Usually have good care but have noticed standards slipping, will be looking for a new surgery.

I have recently moved to the area and on registering with Greystone House, I have found the Doctors and staff most helpful in providing care to me and follow up on treatment.

- Facility to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online is great.
- Able to book early morning appointments extremely helpful
- Friendly helpful staff
- downside, well sometimes you have to wait much longer than your booked time when you have an early evening appointment.
